Shopline DianDianPay Payment Application Integration Guide
Shopline DianDianPay is a secure, stable, and easy-to-integrate credit card payment application specifically designed for Shopline by the DianDianPay team. It aims to help global merchants easily achieve cross-border payment collection capabilities.
Pre-Integration Preparation
Before starting to integrate the Shopline DianDianPay application, please ensure you have completed the following preparations:
Have a registered DianDianPay merchant account (Register Now)
Merchant account has payment collection permissions enabled
Have obtained the following key information (can be viewed by logging into the DianDianPay dashboard or contacting technical support):
- Merchant ID
- Merchant Key
Access Path: Log into the DianDianPay dashboard, click on the avatar in the upper right corner, and go to [Settings] > [Merchant Settings] page to view (Quick Access)
Installation Steps
Accessing the Shopline Payment Settings Interface
Log into the Shopline backend and navigate to:
Settings > Payments > Credit/Debit Card Payments
Search for DianDianPay in the payment method list.
The plugin is currently in phased release. If you cannot find it, please continue reading "Notes".
Notes (Phased Release Information)
Since the DianDianPay application is currently in phased release and not fully available, some stores cannot directly search for the plugin in the default state.
Please provide us with your store's handle (store identifier), and we will manually add it to the whitelist to ensure you can correctly display and enable the DianDianPay payment method in the Shopline backend.
Plugin Installation Process
Select the DianDianPay payment method and click install:
Confirm plugin information and continue:
Click the [Install] button to start the installation process:
Binding DianDianPay Merchant Account
After the plugin is installed, the system will automatically redirect to the DianDianPay merchant account binding page.
Please fill in the Merchant ID and Merchant Key according to the page prompts to complete the account binding.
This step authorizes the binding between your Shopline store and your DianDianPay account.
Return to Shopline to Enable Payment Function
After account binding is completed, the system will automatically redirect back to the Shopline backend payment settings page.
Please click the "Add" button in the upper right corner of the page to enable the DianDianPay payment function.
